So now that the rest of the house is pretty much done(ish), we want to start tackling the upstairs bathroom. It's one of those rooms that's fine how it is, but it's not us (also, B broke the medicine cabinet the second day we lived here so there's that). We're still trying to figure out if we want to tear down the beadboard or just paint it to give it an updated look (I think that's going to be the plan). I got the inspiration to paint it via style guru, Emily Henderson's bathroom

For tile, we're thinking either a white or marble hexagon and white subway tile in the shower area. We'll update the pedestal sink and toilet because the ones up there now are gross and old and as for the fixtures, we're going to keep with the Delta Trinsic collection (in Champagne Bronze) because that's what we have in our first floor bathroom and kitchen. A basic black framed mirror and black sconce will tie everything together nicely. Keeping it nice and simple... maybe we'll throw in a floral shower curtain though (we'll see).
